Our technical services client seeks a young dynamic Office Administrator with 3 years of experience in an Office / Workshop technical working environment. Accounts process – debtors and creditors experience. Driver's license a MUST to assist with deliveries when needed.

Salary: up to R15 000.00 per month (Depending on the experience)

Minimum Requirements
Matric – qualification will be an advantage
Must have a drivers license
3 + years of workshop Administration / Office Administration experience
General Office administration / overseeing the day-to-day office administration activities of the workshop/office
Account processing – debtors and creditors
Telephone duties – Switchboard experience
Reception experience
Stock management – Ordering stock, stock take, tracking of stock, etc
Processing quotes / Purchase order
Client liaison – dealing with customers
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
