Office Administrator / Reception

Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments and taking messages as needed. Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Assist with travel arrangements and other personal tasks as required. Assist the Sales department with processing orders and maintaining customer records. Coordinate with clients and handle inquiries related to sales. Perform ad hoc tasks to support the Finance department, such as data entry and document management. Oversee and supervise the cleaning staff to ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard. Accurately capture and input data into company systems. Draft various documents, including reports, letters, and presentations. Key Qualities: Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. Presentable and approachable with a professional appearance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Reliable transport / Own Vehicle Qualifications: Matric (Non-negotiable) Remuneration: R7 500 CTC Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
