Office Administrator

Labourtek is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a manufacturing team in the Northern Cape The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations by handling a wide range of administrative duties. These will include typing, filing, answering calls, and addressing walk-in customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for generating quotes, processing orders, and managing delivery notes and invoices using Pastel software. In this role, you will oversee stock control, count inventory, and send regular reports to management. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics, ensuring effective daily planning and control of activities. As our Health and Safety Officer, youll monitor workplace risks, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain housekeeping standards. Liaising with the factory on production plans, managing customer complaints, and resolving non-conformances will also form part of your responsibilities. To succeed, you will need excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office technology, and strong verbal and written communication abilities in Afrikaans and English. Your resourcefulness, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will be crucial in this dynamic environment.
