We strive to be a leading credit provider in SA, using great customer relationships and innovative technology to deliver above-average value and service to our customers. Our Loan Products include Pay Day Loans, Term Loans, Weekly and Fortnightly Loans, and Stepwise Home Loans.

About the Role

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, drawing data from different systems, etc.
Perform internal audit duties, such as going through certain lists and comparing them to branch cameras to prevent fraud.
Recruitment duties, such as communicating with applicants and working through a system to compile a short list of candidates.
Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

Matric
Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration will be advantageous
Required skills

Proven success in office administration
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
