Office Administrator

Minimum requirements: Minimum qualification: Diploma or Certification in Office Administration, Sales and Marketing will be advantageous Minimum 3 years' experience providing administrative support to management and experience in professional services environment will be highly advantageous Ability to work with management and the technical team individuals to plan meetings (agendas), record keeping, document control administration and design office administration in an efficient manner Ability to handle all document management systems, indexing, electronic filing systems as well as ongoing document register management with an excellent eye for detail Proactive problem solving of organizational issues and process improvement with experience in planning and coordinating Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicles, servicing, licensing and/or calibrations are adhered to well as maintenance of administrative customer/creditor's accounts Must be proficient in English Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is advantageous Computer literate on MS Office is required Consultant: Tiara Naidoo - Dante Personnel Cape Town
