Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate office activities and operations Manage meetings, travel arrangements, appointments and other tasks for senior managementHandle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, ensuring clear communicationAssist the Tendering department with the completion of tender documentsCreate and maintain records and databases, including personnel, financial, and other dataTrack office supplies and place orders when necessary to maintain stock levelsPrepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned Requirements: Matric + Diploma in Office Administration5+ years experience relevant experienceFamiliarity with Sage Pastel is essential
