Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timeLocationMidrand, GautengFull job descriptionRequired is an experienced Administrative Manager responsible for coordinating an organization's HR & administrative system and general workflows.Responsibilities:Coordinating HR & administrative procedures and systems.Data capturing using MS Excel.Ensuring smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.Monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing new materials with attention to budgetary constraints.Organizing and supervising other daily office activities.Maintaining a proper filing system as well as maintenance of staff files.Assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff.Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations.Keeping abreast of organizational changes and business developments.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an administration assistant/manager (at least 3 years experience in an administrative position).In-depth understanding of office management procedures.Familiarity with data capturing.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Tertiary qualification in Administration, HR, or Business Management.Ability to commute/relocate:Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Experience:Administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment: 3 years (Required)
