Office Administrator

A Consulting Engineering firm is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team in Centurion. If you're looking to support a team of engineers and are ready to take on a variety of administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:• Certificate or Diploma in Administration or Accounting from an accredited institution.• Strong time management skills• Proven work experience in a similar role.• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.• Positive attitude and proactive• Able to work independentlyKey Responsibilities:• Liaise with engineers and assist in compiling tender documents for projects.• Electronically sign and complete vendor applications and client documentation.• Manage daily office needs, including petty cash, groceries, and stationery.• Organize and file all administrative documents electronically.• Answer phone calls and receive clients.• Assist the director with daily and monthly tasks.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to ******
