Job ResponsibilitiesGeneral - but not limited toComputer Literate – Full Office suiteHigh attention to detailGood commuciation and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of the Road Transport Law – Traffic finesTracking – Mixtgelematics system experience an advantageAssist with any Fleet related issuesAdminTracking – Mixtelematics Systems.Procument - Obtain quotation Monthly contract payment Reports as and when requiredUpdate of Tracking system as and when required (Reports, Driver Id tags, contact detailsDe installation of tracking unitsRe installation of tracking unitsArrange repairs as and when requiredWeekly compiling report for private km travel (Tracking system & communication with internal staff owned private vehicles)Load tests of cranes and forkliftDaily checks on websites for traffic fines issued by relevant MunicipalitiesCapture new traffic fines receivedObtain relevant driver information that utilize Company vehicle when offence took placeEnsure driver is informed about the traffic fineCompile monthly report to be submitted to H.R.
for deductionArrange payments at Month end for traffic fines submitted to H.R.Follow up on re direction of traffic fines for staff, dismissed, resigned from CompanyUpdate file after payments, & re direction has been done.Requirements MatricValid driver's licenseSelf-motivated individual with good time management and task prioritization skillsExcellent communication skills with internal staff and SuppliersGood knowledge of MS Office (Especially excel)Good knowledge of Sage EvolutionAttention to DetailReliable & HonestWilling to work after hours if need be (includes Saturdays)Monthly stock take
