Duties and responsibilities include:Handle front desk enquiries and switchboard operationPlay a key role in supporting the office team and field workers totaling 50 employees.Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes, and sorting and distributing incoming mail and filing.Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing production orders and updating and tracking our safety systems.Update spreadsheets used by office and field servicesScribing on all scheduled meetingsSkills and experiencePrior working experience in an administrative/office support positionProven ability to use the Microsoft Office suiteAdministrator QualificationProven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skillsConfidence to work collaboratively and autonomouslyHow to apply?If this role sounds like you, please forward your CV to ******.
