Job Description Office Administrator We are looking for a skilled and versatile Office Administrator to handle key responsibilities in our organization.
Duties include payroll processing, HR support, data entry, job scheduling, filing, switchboard operation, customer care, debt collection, and utilizing Excel for various tasks.
If you are detail-oriented, efficient in multitasking, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements Competence in the following areas: payroll processing HR support data entry job scheduling filing switchboard operation customer care debt collection utilizing Excel for various tasks problem solving Benefits Medical  Requirements LIST OF DUTIES Enters and updates employee info Calculates pay, deducts taxes.
Handles benefits and deductions.
Ensures compliance with SARS and Solves payroll issues.
Maintains accurate records.
Record and file leave requests.
Communicates with employees.
Perform routine clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and managing records—maintain and organise paper and electronic files.
Respond to emails, letters, and other forms of communication with regard to the admin email.
Downloading invoices and statements from emails and saving it in the correct folder in cloud drive.
Answering and transferring calls - from the switch board.
Direct leads / queries to the correct department.
Assist other departments or team members with administrative tasks when necessary.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain confidentiality of personnel files, financial records, and other confidential documents.
