Responsibilities:Handle the day-to-day administration of the office.Assist clients with quotes and directing them to the appropriate sales or technical staff.Record keeping (Client, supplier and stock).Ensure smooth logistics between suppliers, customers and management.Invoicing clients, processing payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.Stock management - Tracking Inventory Levels, Ordering and Reordering, Warehousing, Forecasting Demand)Customer service and CommunicationWork closely with ManagementRequirements: Fluent in Afrikaans & EnglishStrong Administrative skillsAttention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFocused and responsibleSelf-motivated and results-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDiploma or degree would be advantageousStock Management Experience - (Inventory Control, Stock Taking, Supplier Co-ordination, Stock Forecasting, Warehouse Management, Cost Control)Minimum 5 years experience in an administrator and stock inventory role with contactable referencesMatric with Mathematics no less than 50% for real Math, at least 70% for Math litMust have own reliable car Personal Attributes:Strong logical thinking skills are required, as this role involves working closely with the companys director, who is also their engineer and designer.Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented and structured environment.
