Office Administrator / Fica Compliance Officer

Details of the offer

Provide direct administrative support to the Office Administration Manager and Compliance Director Onboarding and off-boarding procedures Perform onboarding and off-boarding procedures for clients in accordance with the firms standard operating procedures.
Maintenance and performance of processes and procedures in line with the firms Risk Management and Compliance Program (RMCP) Manage FICA compliance program to ensure FICA alignment with regulatory standards.
Record information of transactions in accordance with the FIC.
Conduct risk assessments to detect and mitigate financial crime risks.
Establish and verify client information.
Provide assistance to develop and enforce policies to meet FICA and governance requirements.
Prepare and assist with annual submissions to the FIC.
Administration and facilitation of electronic signing of relevant client documents Quality control of documents to be circulated for signature Utilising our platform for the circulation of relevant documents to clients.
Grade 12 level of education, although further related qualifications will be advantageous Minimum of two to three years work experience in the professional services industry Knowledge of the Companies Act and experience in company secretarial services, as well as the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Fluent in Afrikaans and English Excellent administration and interpersonal skills Practical work experience on relevant computer software and systems (e.g.
Greatsoft) will be advantageous.
