Responsibilities: Office Administration: Co-ordinate and manage officeClient parkingClient meeting venue preparationScheduling monthly client meetingsClient giftsOffice equipment and stationaryAnswering office phoneArrange couriersGeneral administration duties including scanning, printing and/or filing as required by the officeTravel itinerary – booking flights and accommodationDiary managementClient Administration: Pre-populate client agreements, account opening documentation and redemption forms.Ad hoc client requests and enquiriesClient visa & passport applicationsCollection of client documentationAssisting High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requestsRequirements: Matric Certificate with Tertiary Education as an advantageStrong command of both verbal and written EnglishStrong communication skills with a positive attitudeAt least 5 years working experience in a professional environmentExcellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and ExcelThe ability to work under pressureValid driver's licencePrevious experience as a personal assistant or financial administrator as an advantage
