Global concern is seeking an Office Administration Officer to involve a wide range of support activities inside their administration department, from supporting with making travel & transport arrangements for staff & guests coming to the Company, to attending to reception activities and managing 
& ordering of stationery & groceries for the office.
Key Responsibilities: Managing reception duties and guest coordinationCoordinating travel arrangements for staff and international visitorsMaintaining office supplies inventory and placing ordersLiaising with service providers and vendorsManaging office equipment maintenanceDocument and records managementProviding administrative support to managementAssisting with company event organizationRequirements: Appropriate Diploma or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience within a professional corporate concern.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentialityPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
