We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized environment
Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors with professionalism
Schedule meetings and coordinate events, ensuring all logistics are handled
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and manage accounts payable/receivable
Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate communication
Uphold company policies and ensure compliance in all activities
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Office Administration or a related field is a plus
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
