Head of Engineering RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefining and driving engineering strategy, vision, and culture at an organizational level.Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex, large-scale software systems.RequirementsExceptional leadership and executive management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams.Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure management.Nice to HaveExperience in presenting technical and business insights to C-level executives and board members.Passion for technical problem-solving through strategy.Proven ability to foster effective collaboration across all engineering departments, including platform and data teams, as well as with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, marketing, and other business units.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers.A dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
