The role is responsible for crafting a Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance whiles reviewing country organisation models in line with business strategy, process/tools, systems, capabilities and internal benchmarks.
About you Completed HR Related Degree 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa Lead with right values i.e.
