PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM

Analysis of the effectiveness of the performance management system
Review of the system
Provide support to line manager
Implement performance management processes and policies
Ensure appropriate metrics are in place
Develop, review, implement, and ensure compliance with policy
Provide Performance Management reports
Capacity building on Performance Management System
Advisory role on the system at all levels in the organization

RETENTION AND TALENT MANAGEMENT

Ensure responsibility and coordinate Talent source processes for higher levels
Provide strategic advice on talent sourcing
