Must have physical and older people Reablement experience, as well as adaptations experience.Key Responsibilities:Support Reablement Officers with complex cases and Reablement Goals and strategies.Recommend complex equipment outside of the TA role.Support RO's with adaptations and take a lead in progressing these.Provide on-the-job training and competency assessments of RO's working towards L3 TA qualifications.Be confident in making recommendations for SHC from DHC reviews and possess good assisting and moving skills.Code: U.
