Responsible for the management of occupational health services including primary health care, dispensing, stakeholder engagement, and providing ongoing reports and management of clinical staff.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor of Technology in Occupational HealthDispensing licenseCurrent registration with South African Nursing CouncilMinimum 2 years' experience in Occupational HealthCertificate in audiometry, spirometry, and visionUnderstanding of the following: the Mine Health and Safety Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 85 of 1993, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and ISO/IEC 17020:201Ability to carry out examinations and procedures in terms of the governing legislation for occupational health:Conduct all types of medical fitness assessments: pre-employment, transfer, annual, and exitAssist with primary health care managementManagement and appropriate referrals of minor injuries on dutyPerformance of spirometry, audiometry, vision screening and highlighting significant abnormalities to the Occupational Medical PractitionerAssisting Clinic Manager with monthly reports and auditsStandby duties
