Occupational Health Nurse Manager

The Role The Occupational Health Nurse Manager is responsible for the continued development, administration and implementation of an efficient and professional Occupational Health service. This includes Occupational Health facility management, IPC, data management, auditing, process flow, training and quality of services delivered by the Occupational health staff (i.e. nurses, technicians and administrative teams - 30 staff ). The Requirements A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma/ Degree in nursing) Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing Registered with GNC of Zambia or SANC Minimum 5 years' experience (in a leadership position) within an Occupational Health Department- preferably within a mining environment Current valid certification in Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision screening Qualification or experience in HSE is preferred Our client operates a number of clinics on the copper belt in northern Zambia. Our client requires the services of a Occupational Health Registered Nurse with a minimum of 7 years experience This is a 2 year contract with all expenses paid (flights, accommodation, cellphone) This is an ideal vacancy for a single candidate who can devote his/her time to this fantastic opportunity.
