Occupational Health Nurse Manager

The RoleThe Occupational Health Nurse Manager is responsible for the continued development, administration and implementation of an efficient and professional Occupational Health service. This includes Occupational Health facility management, IPC, data management, auditing, process flow, training and quality of services delivered by the Occupational health staff (i.e. nurses, technicians and administrative teams -30+ staff).The RequirementsA relevant nursing qualification (Diploma/ Degree in nursing)Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Health NursingRegistered with GNC of Zambia or SANCMinimum 5 years' experience (in a leadership position) within an Occupational Health Department-preferablywithin a miningenvironmentCurrent valid certification in Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision screeningQualification or experience in HSE is preferredOur client operates a number of clinics on the copper belt in northern Zambia.Our client requires the services of aOccupational Health Registered Nursewith aminimumof 7 years experienceThis is a 2 year contract with all expenses paid (flights, accommodation, cellphone)This is an ideal vacancy for asinglecandidate who can devote his/her time to this fantastic opportunity.Successful candidate will need to arrange passport, criminal clearances, university/college transcripts as a matter of urgencyat own cost
