REQUIREMENTS B.Cur or Diploma in NursingCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with SANCRegistration with SASOHNDiploma in Occupational Health (advantage)Certificate in Audiometry and SpirometryMinimum 3 years experience in an Occupational Health environmentStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenComputer literacy at the intermediate levelRESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to all legal requirements for the operation of the ClinicMaintain a schedule for periodic medicals to be performedConduct pre-employment, periodic and exit medicals following the SOPsMaintain the COID claims register and related documentationFacilitate and conduct accident investigations and propose mitigation measuresIdentify and report on health matters, incidents, accidents and trendsCoach employees on basic PPE and Food Safety AwarenessEquip the clinic to deal with all foreseeable medical emergencies100% accurate completion of all Clinic recordsMaintain professional working relationships
