Occupational Health And Safety Manager (Pr.Chsm)

Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) ManagerThe Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Manager is responsible for managing a coordinated and systematic approach to managing health and safety risks for workers within the organization/business. The objective is to appoint a professional registered Health and Safety Manager (CHSM) with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of construction health and safety experience and practical knowledge of compiling and managing an ISO 45001 Safety Management System to manage OH&S risks and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations for our client and also on project/construction level.
Salary: R60 000 - R100 000 pm
Qualifications:The Occupational Health and Safety Manager should have the following qualifications:
Programmes in Occupational Health and Safety / Construction Health and Safety (NQF Level 3 - 5)National Diploma in Safety ManagementB-Tech in Safety ManagementB.Com Operational Risk ManagementMSc in Construction Health and Safety ManagementCritical qualification: ISO 45001 Course(s) - understand, implement and maintain organisations' Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Or alternatively, a combination of the following qualifications:
National Diploma (Building, CM, QS, Arch, Civil, Electrical, Mech) + Programmes in Construction Health and SafetyBSc / B-Tech (Building, CM, QS, Arch, Civil, Electrical, Mech) + Programmes in Construction Health and SafetyHonours (Building, CM, QS, Arch, Civil, Electrical, Mech) + Programmes in Construction Health and SafetyMSc (Building, CM, QS, Arch, Civil, Electrical, Mech) + Programmes in Construction Health and Safety
