Job Opportunity: Operations & Maintenance Manager - Renewable EnergyA Global IPP company based in Cape Town is seeking an O&M Engineering Manager to join their high performing team. Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with O&M Agreement obligations.Guide Plant Managers to maximize asset availability and revenue.Foster a culture of continuous improvement.Review and manage maintenance plans and budgets.Promote health, safety, and quality standards.Report on safety, technical, budget, and contractual issues.Develop and deploy site improvement strategies.Meet deadlines for plant improvement projects.Maintain relationships with stakeholders and authorities.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance O&M processes.Delegate tasks and uphold company policies.Motivate and evaluate staff performance.Qualifications:Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree, ECSA registered.Experience with medium/high voltage systems and wind turbines.Ideally holding or working towards a GCC (Factories).5+ years' managerial experience in wind/solar energy.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Valid driver's license and clear criminal/credit record.#J-18808-Ljbffr
