Job SummaryAssumes 24 hour responsibility for overall management of an old age care facility in Alexandria .
Responsible for the holistic care of patients and supervision of all personnel.
Provide clinical and professional leadership to the team to ensure good governance.
Ensure effective delivery against performance indicators whilst reporting to the General Manager.

Knowledge and experience Leadership and management ability, excellent interpersonal relations.
Demonstrates the ability to manage human and financial resources, self directed, able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to implement change for positive outcomes in a highly complex environment.
A minimum of 5 years experience in nursing.
Knowledge, understanding, acceptance and support of the relevant laws, policies and organisational objectives of the nursing service.
