Nursing Manager

Our Client, a Private Medical Hospital Group has a position for a Nursing Manager at their facility in Worcester, Western Cape. The main purpose of this position will be to lead and direct the nursing service in the hospital.
Description KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Compile, implement and monitor the hospital-specific nursing strategy. Drive and support a culture of quality nursing care and patient safety. Manage resources to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Manage the patient experience. Lead and manage people in the nursing department. Manage key stakeholder relations.
