This individual will coordinate patient services between various areas of the hospital and adjust nursing staffing levels based on identified patient needs.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Diploma or degree in nursing.Preferred/Optional: Bachelor's degree in nursing.EXPERIENCEMinimum Required: Three years' experience in medical or nursing related field. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Written and verbal communication skills.Preferred/Optional: Management or supervisor experience.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
