Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nurse Project Manager to join our team at the Epicentre Walk-In Lab. This role combines nursing responsibilities with project management tasks, focusing on managing patient care within the lab and coordinating people management for various research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients at the Walk-In Lab, including blood draws, administering tests, and delivering health consultations.
Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring a smooth patient flow and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Coordinate and manage research projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Assist with people management for research projects, including training, supervising, and supporting research staff.
Collaborate with the research team to ensure data collection and reporting meet study protocols and ethical guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients, research participants, and team members to provide information and support.
Maintain accurate patient and research records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license to practice.
At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or public health setting.
Project management experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with data collection and management in a clinical or research setting is an advantage.
Familiarity with ethical standards and regulations related to clinical research is also an advantage.
