About the RoleConduct economic research and analysis to inform policy decisions and strategic advocacy locally and internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives to boost market growth and sustainability in agriculture sectors such as fruit, grain, and related commodities.Analyse trade policies and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.Advocate for industry interests with government and international bodies to secure favorable agreements.Manage high-performing teams and deliver key insights to stakeholders to drive business growth.Educational RequirementsHonours/Master's degree in Economics, Trade Policy, or a related field.Work Experience5-8 years of experience in agriculture in Management or Executive level roles.Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
