POSITION/TITLE : NSA Communication LeadGRADE : G5 / EVP-5DIVISION : Corporate AffairsDEPARTMENT : Corporate CommunicationsPURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOBPurpose of the JobCreate and execute an integrated, multi-disciplinary internal and communication strategy, including plant communications; andCoordinate internal communication projects and events in consultation with cross functional teams and relevant stakeholders.Key performance Indicators:Manage communications projects and events in line with the internal and plant communications strategy, including the coordination of plant tours.Strengthens and protect Nissan Brand Power and Company reputation with employees, including driving employee engagement and pride.Help to solve key strategic and operational communication issues within the internal environment.Support the development of customer and other engagement via new digital and experiential initiativesDevelop internal communications programme that support management communications with employees, including supporting the employee survey drive.Oversee the management of the electronic photo library and video archive, and other materials.Conceptualize and source content, and manage the internal comms channels including newsletters, electronic media etc.Create messaging and be-spoke content for leadership communication with employees (leadership messages, videos, meetings, speeches, etc.
)Set up feedback loops on communications effectiveness via surveys, focus groups.
Analyze and make recommendations QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field from a recognized tertiary institution8 -10 years experience in internal communications in a large corporate environment.Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry would be an advantage BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGEAbility to operate at ALL levels internally and externallyCommunication skills for all different stakeholders.
