The National Research Foundation's South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement (NRF-SAASTA), on behalf of the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI), is inviting unemployed graduates aged 18 to 35 to apply for the DSTI-National Youth Service (NYS) Programme.
This exciting initiative offers approximately 200 graduates a 12-month volunteering opportunity across various participating organizations.

Communication Science, Journalism, or Media Studies Graduates: Graduates will serve as science knowledge intermediaries at community media outlets, engaging in:Science journalismMedia-related activities focused on science and technology.Stipend Details:The programme offers monthly stipends based on your qualification level:
National Diploma (NQF Level 6): R4,500Bachelor's Degree / B.
