A leader in creating sustainable, health-focused take out products is seeking a Senior NPD/R&D Technologist to join their dynamic team in the Western Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and packaging innovative products and product prototypes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch, implementation, and optimisation of new products, while adhering to NPD procedures and food labelling regulations. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in troubleshooting, providing insights, and offering recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Additionally, you will be involved in costings, product assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality control systems and departmental audit requirements. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a resilient work ethic, and a commitment to continual improvement.
