Npd (New Product Development

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to define product positioning, target markets, and competitive analysis.
•Work with Marketing and design teams to develop product specifications and prototypes.
•Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
•Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate with manufacturing to oversee production processes.
•Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience required:
•Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Product Development, or a related field.
•Valid Driver's License.
•Clear Criminal record.
•1+ years of experience in product development
•Proficiency in drawing using solid edge
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•Proficiency in product design software and tools.
•Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
•Willing to work under pressure.
•Expertise in Thermoforming and injection moulding
