Non-Motor Call Centre Claims Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented Non-Motor Call Centre Claims Administrator to join our team.
Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for processing and managing non-motor claims efficiently and accurately.
Duties and responsibilities: Handle incoming non-motor claims via phone and email Assess and validate claims according to policy terms and conditions Provide excellent customer service to claimants Ensure claims are processed within service level agreements Collaborate with internal departments to expedite claim resolution The ideal candidate will possess a RE 5 qualification and a FETC in Short Term Insurance NQF 4.
Prior experience in non-motor claims administration is advantageous.
