Job DescriptionA well-established client in the conferencing and accommodation industry is looking to add a vibrant, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive to their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the hotel and conferencing industry.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with government agencies and travel management companies.Promote and sell conferencing and accommodation services to potential clients.Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in sales within hotel environments and/or with government and travel management companies.Energetic and vibrant personality with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.If youre a passionate sales professional looking for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you!

SkillsMinimum of 2 years hotel/conference venue sales experienceHigh degree of self-motivation and ambitionHigh level of customer service orientation, discipline, organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills in English and proficiency in IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, or Afrikaans is an advantagePrevious experience in Groups, Conferences and Events salesPrevious experience in various market sectors i.e.
