Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and maintaining a pristine environment? Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team, responsible for ensuring their guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Duties:
Conduct stock takes and manage controls for laundry and housekeeping equipment.
Oversee linen inventory and quality control, ensuring our guests always have fresh, high-quality linens.
Maintain storeroom cleanliness and efficient stock issuing.
Conduct regular checks and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
Manage budgets and maintain accurate par levels.
Train team members in housekeeping and laundry best practices.
Guest Relations:
Host guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Make courtesy calls to enhance guest satisfaction.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, early departures, and late arrivals.
Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are off):
Manage front office day sheets, gate access, guest information, and invoicing.
Support waitstaff and venues to deliver top-notch service.
Qualifications
Hotel or Hospitality Qualification or equivalent
