We are seeking a Head of Animal Welfare to oversee daily operations and lead our dedicated wildlife sanctuary team. Manage department personnel and administrative needs. Develop and implement strategic plans. Network with key stakeholders and industry partner. Create and enhance educational and volunteering programs on-site. Foster collaboration with other industry players. Qualifications Masters in Zoology or similar discipline. Extensive wildlife experience. Proven management and budget responsibilities. Understanding of safety management.
