Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor

Managing of all staff:Ensure staff performance is monitored and maintained at an acceptable level.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging of all staff:Ensure staff performance is monitored and maintained at an acceptable level.Ensure staff adheres to company rules and regulations.Ensure staff completes all tasks allocated to them.Scheduling Orders:Ensure orders are completed as required.Ensure orders are scheduled in conjunction with route required days.Ensure that delivery manifests are completed daily.Picking And Packing Of Stock:Ensure orders are picked and packed correctly before handover to Emit.Ensure stock handed over is clean and in acceptable condition.Ensure Picking slips are completed and correct.Stock Control:Conducting cycle counts as scheduled or instructed.Responsible for stock control and stock loss.Reporting on and investigating stock loss.Monitoring force close orders by actual stock inspection.Control damages caused by staff when picking.Make sure decanting material is ordered.Receiving:Ensure all incoming loads are received and stock booked into the relevant warehouses.Ensure returns are done as required and documentation submitted.House Keeping:Ensure that the warehouses are cleaned, and stock packed correctly after each shift.Machine And Warehouse Maintenance:Ensure all machine checks are completed and faults reported.Ensure any incidents pertaining to racking and or machines are reported and actioned.Health And Safety:Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to by all staff.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
