Nightshift Warehouse Foreman

Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversees the entire process of receiving, storing and dispatching products. It involves managing people, processes, and resourcesPlan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods / materialsMaintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipmentsManage and support the warehouse team (manage the 2 shifts).Ensure compliance with health, safety and standard operatingManage Stock Control and reconcile with ERP system Oversee the dispatch process - order picked, packed and shipped Monitor vehicle tracking and maintenanceOptimise delivery and truck turn around timesIdentify and implement continuous improvement of processes and Manage Trenstar bin availability and levelsLiaise with customers, suppliers and transport companiesDesired Experience & QualificationRequierments:Matric/Grade 12. Diploma in Logitics preferableMS Office (MS Excel essential)Systems and Deadline driven / Time management Strong organisational and administrative skills Strong people management skillsProblem-solving oriented Attention to detail & TeamworkKnowledge and training on MMOG beneficial Experience:5 - 10 years experience in a warehouse environmentMinimum 2 years Syspro exposure Minimum 3 years Management / Supervisory experience in logistics / supply chain environment Experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management preferable
