Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.Manage night staff and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during the night shift.Prepare and distribute daily reports and summaries to hotel management.Monitor and respond to emergencies and other incidents during the night shift.Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel financial data.Operate the Opera system proficiently to perform night audit functions.Requirements:3-4 years of previous experience in a night audit position within 4/5-star hotels, with proficiency in the Opera system.Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts.Strong management skills with the ability to make quick decisions and handle challenging situations effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and auditing procedures.Knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.Flexible schedule to accommodate night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
