Role Overview:As a newly qualified CA, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering financial insights, and helping businesses thrive. This role is ideal for someone who not only has a solid foundation in accounting but also enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.Advisory Services: Offer strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, helping clients navigate complex financial matters.Tax Compliance: Assist clients with tax planning and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.Audit and Assurance: Work on audit engagements where necessary, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in clients' financial processes and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to provide the best possible service to clients.Requirements:CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or within 1 year of post-qualification).Passion for working with clients and providing excellent service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.Proactive and solutions-driven, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
