Purpose of the position:An exciting opportunity for a Management Accounting Analyst to join a growing team. The role holder will be a key member of the Finance team working closely with the teams in Johannesburg and Stellenbosch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Lead weekly / monthly / quarterly performance reviews with Senior Leadership team, presenting current financial performance, outlook and highlighting areas of opportunity and issue
·Provide commercial and financial support for business change activities, e.g. M&A, cost reviews
·Execute as needed on required finance close and reporting activities
·Support management of business unit cost and revenue within budget parameters
·Business unit performance analysis reviewing (income and expenses) actuals compared to budget, forecast and PY results
·Support in the management of regulatory requirements
·Build strong relationships across the Senior Leadership team
Required Skills

Management Accounting: 2 to 3 years
Financial Reporting And Analysis: 2 to 3 years
Financial Analyst: 2 to 3 years
