New Vehicle Sales Manager

This team is seeking an exceptional New Car Sales Manager to lead them. The ideal candidate will be innovative, possess a positive attitude, and have at least 2 years of New Vehicle Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership. Responsibilities include managing the new car sales floor, growing and nurturing the team, and ensuring targets are met and exceeded. A solid understanding of new car sales procedures, strong business acumen, outstanding leadership skills, and a genuine desire to see the team succeed are essential. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 2 years of RECENT Vehicle Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership Solid knowledge of new vehicle sales A good business acumen and understanding of financials. Outstanding leadership skills Working knowledge of a DMS (Advantageous) Exceptionally well groomed and presented A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents when applying.
