New Vehicle Sales ExecutiveFast growing brand is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Executive for Bakkies and Trucks, to join their team in Polokwane.Duties include:Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:Greeting customers and understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.Building rapport with customers to establish trust and confidence in the dealership.Product Presentation and Demonstrations:Providing detailed information about new vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features to potential buyers.Sales Process Management:Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.Negotiating sales terms, pricing, and financing options to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.Handling paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, including purchase agreements and financing contracts.Customer Service and Follow-up:Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Market Research and Product Knowledge:Staying updated on new vehicle models, features, pricing, and competitor offerings.Maintaining a thorough understanding of the dealership's new vehicle inventory, including available options and packages.Continuously learning about new technologies and features to better serve customers and enhance sales opportunities.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
