In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product development within the food manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of food processing techniques and formulation.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in food manufacturing.
Excellent project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinking with a passion for innovative food products.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
