New Product Development Specialist

The New Product Development Specialist is responsible for driving the development and launch of new products from concept through to commercialization.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure that products meet market demands, align with the companys strategic goals, and are delivered on time and within budget.
The specialist will analyse market trends, generate product ideas, create development plans, and oversee the execution of these plans to bring innovative products to market.
Minimum 3 years experience as in an NPD environment: Experience in Project Management, critical path and NPD Stage Gate ManagementPrevious experience working in a FMCG, or food manufacturing environment is preferred.
