As a New Product Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative packaging solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end product development process for packaging solutions, from concept ideation to commercialization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new packaging trends and opportunities.Develop product concepts and prototypes that meet customer requirements and market demands.Create and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.Test and evaluate packaging materials and components to ensure quality, durability, and functionality.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals and deadlines.Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in packaging.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate packaging materials.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in new product development in the Packaging Manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.Experience in conducting market research and trend analysis.Proficiency in CAD software for packaging design.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.BenefitsSalary: negotiable.Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
