Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Analyse data to inform product concepts and development strategies.Product Concept Development:Generate and evaluate new product ideas and concepts.Develop detailed product specifications and business cases.Project Management:Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, design, and manufacturing.Product Design and Development:Oversee the design and development of product prototypes.Collaborate with all stakeholders to refine product features and functionality.Testing and Validation:Organize and manage product testing and validation processes.Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to product design.Go-to-Market Strategy:evelop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, and distribution plans.Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful product launchesCompliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.Implement quality assurance processes to maintain product quality and consistency.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.Provide regular updates and reports on product development progress.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in product development.Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to drive future product developmentDesired Experience & QualificationBSc Degree Chemistry or Equivalent.1 3 years experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in product development, recipe formulation, and product documentation.Creative and innovative.Must have ability to coordinate role players impacting timelines for product launches.
